How to get a Bank Access to your bookkeeper - Customer Instructions

Chase Bank

  1. Log on to your Chase.com account using your User ID and password.
  2. One the blue bar click on the Account Management – drop down list will open - click on Access& Security Manager
  3. On the Access Manager Overview page click Add New User
  4. Mark radio button of your mobile phone number in the Text column
  5. Click Next and the activation code will be sent to your phone- once you receive it – type it in the box and click Next
  6. Fill out new user info as following:

    Name: Ella    Last Name: Holding
    Email: office@ellaholding.com    Tel 718 386 4222 
    User name: ella(your 9 digit tax id number)
  7. mark no mobile access 
  8. Send temporary password to office@ellaholding.com and click Next
  9. Check if all of the information is correct and click Add User button

  10. You will receive confirmation on the next page that you added an authorized user.

  11. Scroll down to see your account

  12.  Click on triangle before the name of your business account to open list of your accounts 
  13. Click on “assign access” link: Access level set to “See Activity Only

    - Place checkmarks before: see check images and see statements.

    - This will give us the ability to see and download transaction. Nothing else. Click Save

  14. (optional) Repeat this procedure for all your business accounts

  15. Click Back to All Users
  16. You will see new user created with suspended status until we will confirm  it on our side.

Bank of America 

  1. Log in into your Bank of America account
  2. Go to “Business Services” tab
  3. From drop down menu Click on “Add New Users”
  4. Enter following info:
    • Name: Ella Holding
    • Online ID: ellabc2000
    • Passcode: Ellaholding123
    • Reenter Passcode: Ellaholding123
    • Email address: office@ellaholding.com
    • Continue to Accounts and Services

Assign access:
  1. Under “ACCOUNTS” Tab – Switch to “ON” position
  2. Under “View/Inquiry Settings”
  3. Mark first two checkboxes: “View Statements” and “View check images”

Getting access:

    1. Log in into account
    2. Enter verification code
    3. Security questions:
      1. What was the name of your first pet: - zaba
      2. Where were you on News Year Ewe 2000? – new york
      3. What is the name of your favorite charity – salvation army

POLISH AND SLAVIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

  1. Log in into your PSFCU account
  2. Go to “FAMILY AND FRIENDS/ADD USER” tab
  3. Enter following info:
    1. Name: Ella Holding
    2. Relationship: Bookkeeper
    3. Email address: ela@ellaholding.com
    4. Email address: ela@ellaholding.com
  4. Assign access:
    1. Mark first two checkboxes: “View accounts” and “View transactions”
    2. Click “Continue”
    3. Share to Share/Loan Transfers – DO NOT CHECK OUT THE BOX
    4. Click “Continue”
    5. Mark “eStatements” checkbox.
    6. Click “Continue”
    7. On confirmation page click “ADD USER TO THIS ACCOUNT” button.
    8. You will see “Pending Invitation” message.
    9. Log out of the account.

TD Bank 

  1. Log on to your https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com/ account using your User ID and password.
  2. Click on Users & Access.
  3. On the Manage Access Roles page click Add access role.
  4. Access Role Name: Accountant Description: Bookkeeping
  5. In Role Permissions Administrative Permissions – Mark ACCOUNT INFO next to each applicable account.
  6. Click Continue. Click Save Role.
  7. On the Manage Users page click Add User.
  8. Fill out new user info as following:
  9. Name: Ella  Last Name: Holding
  10. Email: office@ellaholding.com Tel 718 386 4222
  11. User name: ella(your 9 digit tax id number)
  12. For example if your tax id is 01-3752058 please set up user id as ella013752058
  13. mark Assign Access Role - Accountant
  14. Fill temporary password and click Review and Click Save.
  15. You will see new user created with Active Status.
