Money Transfer - Instructions for Customers
US Money Express
To send money using US Money Express, follow these steps:
- Visit our agency. We are an official partner of US Money Express.
- Please bring a valid photo ID with you and be prepared to provide the cash amount you would like to send, along with the agency fee.
- Provide complete information for both the sender and recipient, including:
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number.
- Please specify the full name of the bank and the location where the money will be withdrawn.
- Specify the payment amount and the currency in which the recipient will withdraw the funds.
- State the purpose of the payment (e.g., "Gift" or "Bill Payment").
- This cash delivery option is referred to as a cash payout. Funds are typically available the next business day at the bank counter of your choice. Most banks usually have $500 or less in cash available. If you plan to send a large amount of money, especially if the withdrawal will be in a foreign currency, the recipient should call ahead and confirm that the payout location has sufficient funds.
Please keep the receipt with the transaction number written on it. Share the transaction number with your recipient; they will need this number to withdraw the money. - Other cash delivery options are:
- Account deposit: Cash is sent directly to the recipient's bank account. The funds will be deposited into the recipient's account in the local currency, and a conversion may be applied. You need to provide the complete account information, including the bank name and address.
- Cash delivery: Sent by post to the recipient's address. This process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
