With QuickBooks, you can easily track income and expenses, create and send invoices, manage bills, reconcile bank transactions, and generate essential financial reports. Whether you're a small business owner or just getting started with bookkeeping, QuickBooks simplifies the process and helps ensure your financial data is always up to date and ready for decision-making or tax time. You can export special QuickBooks file with all of your bookkeeping and you can send it to our bookkeeper for easy access (ask your bookkeeper about details).

Tool 3: File Drop via Website
On our site, users go to https://ellabc.com/file-drop/and submit files using the File Drop tool built into the website.

File Drop tool let you as a Ella Business Client to send multiple files to our employees, in the situation when there is too much files or files are to big for email sending.

 

 Tool 4: Customer Portal Login

  • Step 1. Customers log in through the Customer Portal section on our website to access services, track uploads, or manage their submissions 

 

  • Step 2: First-Time User Sign-In
    New users create an account or sign in for the first time through the Customer Portal. They may be required to verify their email or set up a secure password before accessing services.

 

  • Step 3: View Work and Ticket Activity
    Once logged in, users can view the status of their submitted files, ongoing work, and ticket activity directly from their dashboard in the Customer Portal.

  • Step 4: Send Emails and Messages
    Users can communicate directly through the portal with bookkeepers and Ella BC employees being in charge of there cases. By writing messages to our team or staff, ensuring smooth and timely collaboration.
