Car Shipping Procedures
We offer transportation to selected locations, including Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Gdynia, and Rzeszów. The estimated delivery time for the vehicle is between four to six weeks.
- At the Time of Delivery
- Documents which needs to be Completed in our Office:
- Shipping Order
- Disclaimer
- Pickup Authorization
- Shipping Service Fee: Payable on the day of vehicle delivery to our shipping location.
- Required Documents (Delivered with the Vehicle)
- Original Car Title
- Shipper’s Valid Passport
- Receiver’s Valid Passport or Government-Issued ID
- Vehicle Handling & Container Loading
- After vehicle is received, it will be prepared for loading into a container.
- Ocean Cargo Insurance (Optional)
- If requested:
- Vehicle photos will be taken within 2–3 business days.
- Photos will be emailed to our office and the client.
- U.S. Customs Procedures
- The original Title will be submitted to U.S. Customs for a 2–3 week review period.
- Once Conditional Release is granted:
- The Vehicle will be loaded into a sealed container and transported to the port.
- The container will wait for the next available vessel.
Important Note: U.S. Customs may randomly inspect any container. If selected, the cargo owner is responsible for all associated transportation and inspection fees, regardless of the outcome.
- Ocean Transport
- Upon vessel loading:
- A Dock Receipt and Insurance Policy (if applicable) will be issued and sent to our office.
- An Estimated Date of Arrival (EDA) will be provided.
- Transit Times
- Bremerhaven, Germany: approx. 9 days
- Gdynia, Poland: approx. 11 days
- (via transfer in Rotterdam or Bremerhaven)
- Final Documentation & DHL Shipment
- Once U.S. Customs returns the stamped Title (which may occur after vessel arrival), the following documents will be provided to the customer:
- Original Stamped Car Title
- Dock Receipt
- Pickup Authorization
- Shipping Bill
- Insurance Policy (if requested)
- Bill of Sale
- These documents will be shipped via DHL to the receiver.
- Receiver Instructions
- The receiver must contact the destination port agency to schedule pickup.
- The agency’s phone number will be listed on the Dock Receipt.
